★ Private Commissions: If you want your commission to remain private (not posted online), please inform me in advance!★ AI & NFT Usage: My artwork CANNOT be used for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related projects.★ Edits & Alterations: You CANNOT modify, trace, or edit my artwork without permission (minor edits or filters are safe).★ Artist’s Signature: My signature must remain visible on the artwork, but I will ensure it is not intrusive.★ File Storage & Recovery: I keep all commission files stored safely on my USB drive. If you lose your file, you can always request a new copy from me.❗ I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund if a client is rude, disrespectful, or violates my terms.

Terms of Service

✦GENERAL✦
By commissioning me through VGen, you agree to the terms below. Please read everything carefully before submitting your request.
I reserve the right to decline any commission that I feel uncomfortable with or that doesn’t fit my artistic style.
Prices may vary depending on complexity, extra characters, detailed backgrounds, NSFW requirements, or specific request.✦PAYMENT✦All payments are processed directly through VGen, if used, and Paypal✦REVISIONS✦A sketch will be provided before moving forward.Up to 2 minor revisions are included during the sketch phase.Revisions after lineart or coloring are limited to small adjustments only.Major changes requested after the sketch has been approved may require an additional fee.
Clients who become unresponsive for too long may experience delays.✦DEADLINES AND DELIVERY✦Estimated delivery time is usually 1–4 weeks, depending on commission type and complexity.
You will receive your final artwork in high resolution via VGen’s delivery system or a link.
Upon request, I can send up to 4 additional file versions (sketch, lineart, flats, rendered).
Extra file versions cost €1 each.
I keep all commissions backed up on my USB drive, so files are always recoverable through me if needed.✦USE✦All commissions are for personal use only, unless a commercial-use agreement is discussed.You may:
Post the artwork online with proper credit
Use it as an icon, banner, wallpaper, etc.You may not:
Remove my signature
Claim the artwork as your own
Sell or redistribute the artworkMy signature will always be included but will remain small and non-intrusive.✦INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS✦I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio, social media, and future commission examples.
If you prefer the artwork to remain private, please request it in advance (especially for NSFW).
Clients retain the rights to their original characters, but not to my artwork itself.✦REFUNDS✦Refunds follow VGen’s system:Full refunds are only available before I begin working on the commission.Once the sketch has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.Partial refunds may be granted only if I am unable to complete the commission for personal reasons.
